2. Webinar Registration Refunds

2.1 Full Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund of your webinar registration fee under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation request submitted more than 14 days before the scheduled webinar start date
  • Technical issues on our platform prevent you from accessing the live webinar, provided you reported the issue during the broadcast and our team could not resolve it
  • Webinar cancellation initiated by Venquarilto for any reason
  • Duplicate payment made in error for the same webinar registration

2.2 Partial Refund Eligibility

Partial refunds may be available in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation request submitted between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled webinar start date: 50% refund of registration fee
  • Significant content deviation from advertised webinar description, subject to review and verification

2.3 No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Cancellation request submitted less than 7 days before the scheduled webinar start date
  • Failure to attend a live webinar without prior cancellation
  • Technical issues caused by your internet connection, hardware, or software
  • Dissatisfaction with webinar content that was accurately described in the registration materials
  • Change of personal circumstances or schedule conflicts

3. Subscription Services Refunds

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancellation is requested within 30 days of the initial purchase date and less than 20% of the subscription benefits have been utilized. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

4. On-Demand Content and Recordings

Purchases of on-demand webinar recordings, course materials, and downloadable content are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded. If you experience technical difficulties accessing purchased content, please contact our support team for assistance.

5. Bundle and Package Purchases

Special bundle or package deals that include multiple webinars or services are subject to specific refund conditions:

  • Refunds for bundle purchases must be requested before accessing any component of the package
  • Partial refunds for individual components within a bundle are not available
  • Standard refund timelines apply based on the earliest scheduled event in the bundle

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 to 7 business days. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 14 business days. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

7. Transfer and Credit Options

As an alternative to refunds, we offer the following options:

  • Registration Transfer: Transfer your webinar registration to another scheduled session of the same webinar at no additional cost, subject to availability
  • Account Credit: Receive account credit equal to your registration fee for use toward future Venquarilto webinars or services
  • Substitute Participant: Transfer your registration to another person with advance notice of at least 48 hours before the webinar

8. Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Webinars or services purchased using promotional codes, discounts, or special offers are subject to this refund policy. Refunds for discounted purchases will be processed at the amount actually paid, not the full retail price. Promotional codes and discounts cannot be reinstated after a refund is issued.

9. Group and Corporate Registrations

Group or corporate registrations involving multiple participants may have customized refund terms as specified in your registration agreement. Please refer to your specific contract or contact our corporate support team for details regarding group registration refunds.

10. Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical infrastructure failures, or global emergencies that prevent webinar delivery, Venquarilto will offer participants the choice of:

  • Full refund of registration fees
  • Transfer to a rescheduled session
  • Account credit for future use

11. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our educational content. If you believe a webinar did not meet the standards described in our promotional materials, please contact us within 48 hours of the webinar conclusion. We will review your concern and may offer a refund, credit, or complimentary access to another webinar at our discretion.

12. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. Processing fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.

13. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your financial institution without first contacting Venquarilto to resolve the issue, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage direct communication to address any billing concerns before pursuing chargebacks.

14. Modifications to This Policy

Venquarilto reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
